He is preceded in death by, his parents and three (3) siblings, James Lewis, Betty Lewis and Donald Lewis. He is survived by, his loving wife, Sharon “Katie” (nee Parton) Lewis, his beloved daughter, Kimberly J. Lewis, three (3) siblings, Hazel Perkins, Barbara Koch and Annette Gurstner, and many other family and friends. Richard was a devoted husband and father to his disabled daughter Kimberly. He was a hardworking man. He enjoyed spending his spare time fishing. Richard will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
